Curry Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

I love pepitas! Not only are they tasty, but they are also a great source of zinc….which is very important for a strong immune system! Turmeric also has anti-inflammatory effects on the body. These spiced pumpkin seeds taste amazing on a salad or your favorite cream soup!

  1. Hi! I’m visiting from Party Wave Wednesday at Holistic Squid. I can’t wait to try these yummy seeds, my son has a nut allergy so pumpkin seeds are a perfect healthy snack for him and what a great way to utilizing all of the pumpkin!

  2. Hi, I’m checking in from the Simply Natural Saturdays at Pistachio Project – LOVE this recipe, thanks! A friend just harvest about 20 pumpkins, so she’ll be happy to get the link over here.

  3. This is a great idea my husband does not believe in healthy eating he is like a baby so I substitute this instead of his greasy peanuts and chickpeas. Thank you Kate.
