What you need:
- 1 baking sheet — I use these
- 1 Silpat — where to find
- Parmesan cheese
- Dark chocolate — I use this one
Directions:
- Arrange small piles of cheese on the silpat lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes at 350
- Watch them carefully, they are done when they are brown and bubbly
- Remove from oven and allow to cool, they will crisp up
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler, or two saucepans stacked together
- Drizzle melted chocolate over crackers and allow to cool
- Devour!
