Kid Recipe Favorite: Banana Bacon Frittata

- 1/2 Tbsp [easyazon_link identifier="B00NJYM12O" locale="US" tag="amazonrf0a-20" cart="n"]Bacon Fat (from pastured, uncured bacon)[/easyazon_link]
- 1 [easyazon_link identifier="B00444X8HK" locale="US" tag="amazonrf0a-20" cart="n"]Piece of Crumbled Bacon[/easyazon_link]
Instructions
- Heat bacon fat in a medium skillet over medium-high heat
- Put eggs and banana into a blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds
- Pour mixture into hot skillet
- Crumble bacon on top
- Cover and turn heat down to medium-low
- Cook until there is no more liquid egg, and the edges begin to brown
- Garnish with bacon bits
- Serve. I sliced it with a pizza cutter into strips and served it as finger food to my little ones. Yum! Tastes sweet like french toast
