Sugar-Free Jello with Yogurt and Mixed Berries
This is a fresh, healthy take on a summer dessert. It’s also super easy! Simply make a batch of sugar-free jello, and top it with a layer of yogurt (which I sweeten with my favorite natural sweetener, Swerve, and a hint of vanilla). Be sure to serve them in transparent serving glasses/bowls to show the pretty layers. Here, I used my trifle dish, which was perfect.
Chef Tips:
- My sachet of sugar-free jello was a 0.4 oz packet, which makes 4 servings.
- I flavored plain yogurt with a little vanilla and some sweetener. I opted for yogurt due to its great gut health benefits. Be sure to use the full-fat kind for the best texture.
