Ditch the store-bought box jello that contains artificial flavoring and added dyes. Yuck! It’s simple to make your own jello at home with just a few ingredients. Plus, it tastes so much better!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sachet berry-flavored sugar-free Jell-O enough to make 4 servings, see Tip(https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006OCGSCM/ref=as_li_qf_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=amazonrf0a-20&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B006OCGSCM&linkId=22aa25db86c09920d2649099e7b58bd7) (enough to make 4 servings, see Tip)
  • 8.8 oz plain full-fat Greek-style yogurt (250g)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 TB Swerve confectioners’ sweetener
  • 3.5 oz mixed berries 100g
  • Mint leaves to garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Make the jello according to the packet instructions.
  • Once the jello mix is made, pour it into your desired serving dish(es). Carefully place in the fridge to completely set. This can take up to 4 hours, often longer.
  • Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the vanilla and sweetener.
  • Once the jello has set, cover with yogurt and top generously with berries. If you are feeling fancy, garnish with mint leaves.
