Hi, my name is Kate.
I love food. Real food. We eat all of the things that nursing school taught me were bad for you: butter, eggs, bacon, and raw milk.
I am a Nurse, a Mom, and a Real Food loving blogger. Just trying to save the world.

I am making these right now, the spice mixture smells yummy!!! And, I’m so glad they are healthy so I can enjoy them! Thanks, Kate.
I followed the recipe to the letter. I don’t know if it was the coconut oil or what but I had to throw the walnuts away. I have never used coconut oil. Is it an acquired taste? Maybe I just don’t like the flavor? We are big fans of roasted nuts. I’m sorry we didn’t enjoy them.
Oh no, sorry to hear that. I have made these so many times and they are always amazing!!!
These are so yummy, especially when I’m craving something salty and savory! I leave out the cayenne and use olive oil instead. Thank you!
