Homemade Granola Bars
These tasty homemade granola bars are SO easy to make and the kids absolutely love them. You can switch it up with jelly flavors, the plum is our favorite. I love to send these to school as a snack, always a huge hit. You can switch up the nuts or different add-ins.

Homemade Granola Bars
These homemade granola bars are the perfect blend of crunchy oats, toasted walnuts, and sweet jelly. Easy to make and packed with wholesome ingredients, they’re great for breakfast on the go or a quick snack anytime.
Ingredients
- 4 cups organic gluten-free quick oats
- 1 cup organic brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 ½ cups chopped walnuts
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 1 cup of jelly (we love to use homemade plum, grape, or strawberry jelly!)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper (15x10x1).
- Press mixture into parchment-lined pan, making sure to pat it down evenly.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely (as they harden as they cool), then cut into bars.
- Store in an airtight container; it lasts up to two weeks.
