Ingredients
- 4 rump steaks (approx. 6.3 oz each) (we use Butcher Box meat)
- 5.6 oz cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed with a garlic press
- 2 TB olive oil, plus extra drizzle to fry the steaks
- 2.8 oz blue cheese
- Your favorite greens, to serve
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large non-stick pan over high heat. When hot, add the steaks and cook to your desired doneness. Set aside on a plate and leave to rest for several minutes.
- Combine the chopped tomatoes, crushed garlic, and two tablespoons of olive oil in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the steaks alongside your favorite greens and spoon over the tomato garlic mix. Crumble over the blue cheese and serve immediately with your favorite greens.
