Steak with Tomatoes and Blue Cheese
This easy dinner is packed with flavor! Tangy blue cheese pairs well with steak, but the addition of sweet tomatoes balances the flavors beautifully. It is quick to throw together and goes great with your favorite greens on the side.
Chef Tips:
- It is important to let your steak rest a little before serving. It is also important to remember that the internal temperature will continue to rise after coming off the heat, so I always think it is better to undercook steak. It can always be thrown back on the heat, but there is no saving an overcooked one!
