Our version is a super yummy, very easy spicy guacamole that has a myriad of uses! This guacamole recipe is so easy to make and perfect for snacks or appetizers, like spreading it on grain-free tortillas and adding your choice of protein and veggies for a tasty wrap, or dipping with veggies or grain-free tortilla chips.
- Peel and roughly chop the avocados. In a mixing bowl, drizzle over the lemon and lime juice, tossing well to coat.
- Place the avocado (and all the juice) into a mini food processor/food chopper and blitz to a puree. In the meantime, prepare your remaining ingredients.
- The next part is easy! Simply combine the avocado puree with the red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper, as needed. If you feel it needs more acidity, add more lemon or lime juice.
