This guacamole recipe is so easy to make and perfect for snacks or appetizers, like spreading it on grain-free tortillas and adding your choice of protein and veggies for a tasty wrap, or dipping with veggies or grain-free tortilla chips.
Peel and roughly chop the avocados. In a mixing bowl, drizzle over the lemon and lime juice, tossing well to coat.
Place the avocado (and all the juice) into a mini food processor/food chopper and blitz to a puree. In the meantime, prepare your remaining ingredients.
The next part is easy! Simply combine the avocado puree with the red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper, as needed. If you feel it needs more acidity, add more lemon or lime juice.
