Pineapple Coconut Margarita
This pineapple coconut margarita has healthy fats from coconut milk and anti-inflammatory benefits from fresh pineapple. So drink up….in moderation.
Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 pineapple cut into chunks
- 1 Tbsp sea salt
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups tequila
- 3-5 cups ice
- 1 lime for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Blend all ingredients (except lime) in a high-powered blender.
- 2. Salt the rim of a margarita glass.
- 3. Pour into a glass, squeeze lime juice into the drink and garnish with lime slices.
- 4. Enjoy in moderation.
