Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds & Strawberries
This couldn’t be easier! I use gluten-free oats here, but if you prefer, you can leave them out and use a little more whole white chia seeds, which will swell and soften the longer they are in the liquid.
Chef Tips
- Make the mixture the night before and top with strawberries only once you have divided the mixture and are ready to eat.
- Strawberries are lovely, but you could use any fruit that you love!
- I use canned coconut milk here, which is very thick, so I water it down a little with water. If you choose to use other kinds of milk, you may not need the additional splash of water.
