Healthy Sugar-Free Cheesecake is a creamy and indulgent treat that uses Greek yogurt and natural sweeteners to deliver classic cheesecake flavor without the added sugar.

    1. Make the crust: In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
    2. Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the Swerve sweeteners, beating until well combined. Beat in the Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, and salt.
    3. Assemble and bake: Pour the filling over the prepared crust. Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set around the edges but still slightly jiggly in the center.
    4. Cool and refrigerate: Let the cheesecake cool completely on a wire rack before refrigerating for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
    5. Serve: Serve chilled, topped with your favorite toppings like fresh berries, whipped cream, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
