Kid Favorite Healthy Fudgesicle Fudge Pops Recipe

Summertime means popsicles! But not just any old popsicles: healthy popsicles!! If you check the labels from the standard pops from the store, you will find all sorts of artificial colors, flavors, and lots of sugar. None of this is good for kiddos to consume and definitely not on a daily basis — as goes our popsicle consumption.

So, I turned one of our favorite healthy pudding recipes into Healthy Fudgesicle Fudge Pops. My kids had no idea that they were healthy when they first tried them! Gobble these down to your heart’s delight.

  1. I really dislike when recipes say ‘one’ avocado. Avocados come in different sizes; as do onions, etc. So easy to measure an ingredient when the recipe is being developed. Please try. thank you.

  2. Is the honey necessary for texture? I am super sensitive to all sugars except stevia and would like to substitute. Thx
