I had never heard of pork belly, but it looks amazing!
Is the pork from Joe’s organic? If not, aren’t you concerned about eating the belly of a CAFO pig?
My Mom raises pastured pigs and gives us one each year. Nothing better than homegrown pork 🙂
How is it pre-cooked?
I added in the how to pre-cook info. You can buy one precooked, or do it yourself.
