Black Bean, Mango, and Avocado Salad is a vibrant and flavorful dish combining hearty black beans, diced avocado, and sweet mango, mixed with finely chopped cilantro, olive oil, lime zest, and juice, and seasoned with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

    1. Rinse the black beans well in a colander, then transfer to a bowl.
