    1. In a skillet,  heat coconut oil, butter, and garlic on medium-high heat until fragrant.
    2. Add shrimp.
    3. Cook until pink on one side, then flip (about 3 minutes per side).
    4. Serve with melted butter, fresh herbs, and lemon juice.
