Cheesy Dill Cauliflower Bake

This cheesy dill cauliflower bake is such a simple dish that has such a wonderful flavor due to adding fresh dill. Really popular at the pot lucks! It also makes an easy weeknight meal, we love to pair it with burgers.

Chef Tips

  • Be sure to allow the cauliflower to steam off for 2-3 minutes in the colander, preventing a watery bake.
  • I recommend fresh dill, but if you only have dried dill, do not use as much; dried herbs are more concentrated in flavor.
