45 Easy Whole 30 Meal Ideas | Real Food RN

Ever done a Whole30 before? Have you maybe heard the rumors about it? Well, the rumors are true! You feel simply amazing after a Whole30! Why? Because you eliminate all of the junk, simplify your diet, and just eat Real Food! It’s actually really easy!

It’s actually really easy! 

But, with any narrowing down of food choices come some challenges. I know it makes my head spin when I am thinking about GAPS, autoimmune, primal, paleo, SCD, etc. WHAT can I eat EXACTLY?! With the Whole30 it’s very basic…

You eliminate (for 30 days):

  • sugar of any kind, real or artificial
  • alcohol (even in cooking)
  • grains
  • legumes
  • dairy
  • carrageenan, MSG or sulfites
  • Also, do not try to re-create baked goods, junk foods, or treats* with “approved” ingredients

What you CAN eat:

Eat meat, seafood, eggs, tons of vegetables, some fruit, and plenty of good fats from fruits, oils, nuts and seeds. Eat foods with the least amount of ingredients, or no ingredient list at all because they are whole, real foods!

Easy peasy, right?!

Many of these can be made in crock pots, or even in my new FAVORITE kitchen gadget, my Instant Pot (you can cook an entire frozen chicken to perfection in under 30 minutes in this thing. No kidding!)
