- 2 cups coconut butter
- 1 cup collagen
- ⅓ cup Swerve sweetener
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the coconut butter in a warm water bath until it's stirrable.
- Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Line a glass baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
- Place into the fridge until set.
- Slice into squares.
- Store the fudge in a container in the fridge. Enjoy!
