10 Fresh Ideas To Do With Your Water

Everyone needs water, every day, no way around it. But, we don’t just have to drink plain old water. Spice it up a bit and add some great flavors that also have added nutritional benefits. Say goodbye to plain old water with these 10 fresh ideas to do with your water!

1) Lets start with the basics : Lemon/cucumber
  • In a large pitcher add sliced organic lemon and sliced organic cucumber — here is the pitcher I use
  • Pour water over top
  • Let sit in the fridge over night for best flavor
  • Very refreshing and alkalizing

2) Antioxidant boost: Berry/lemon balm (lemon balm and berries are some of the highest-ranking antioxidant foods)

  • In a large pitcher add the berries and smash them a little with a wooden spoon
  • In a mortar and pestle muddle the lemon balm — here is where to get a mortar and pestle
  • Add to the pitcher and cover with water
  • Let sit in the fridge over night for best flavor

3) The prebiotic & probiotic boost: (prebiotics and probiotics work together to establish and maintain healthy gut flora)

  • In a large blender add one bottle kombucha, 1 ripe banana, 2 cups ice, and water
  • Blend until its a nice slushy
  • Enjoy right away!

4) Immune booster: watermelon/rosemary (both contain immune-boosting properties)

  • In a large pitcher add in water melon chunks
  • Smash the water melon chunks with a wooden spoon. In a mortar and pestle muddle rosemary

  • Store in the fridge over night for best flavor
