  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Lightly brush the gluten-free crust or flatbread with olive oil on both sides.
  • Place the crust directly on the grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly crisped. Flip once.
  • Remove from the grill and spread BBQ sauce evenly over the top.
  • Add shredded chicken, chopped bacon, cheeses, and red onion.
  • Return the pizza to the grill, close the lid, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
  • Slice and serve warm.
