gluten-free crispy rice cereal or gluten-free corn squares

natural peanut butter

dark chocolate chips

coconut oil

vanilla extract

powdered sugar or powdered coconut sugar for a lighter option
Instructions
Line an eight-inch or nine-inch
square pan
with
parchment paper
.
Place the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and coconut oil in a
medium saucepan
. Warm over low heat until fully melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Add the cereal to a large bowl. Pour the warm chocolate mixture over the cereal and
stir
gently until every piece is coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press firmly to create an even layer.
Sprinkle the powdered sugar across the top.
Chill for at least one hour until the bars are firm.
Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
Chef Tips:
If you want cleaner slices, press the mixture very firmly into the pan and chill longer for a solid set.
Add half a cup of mini chocolate chips or chopped peanuts for extra texture.
If you prefer less sweetness, reduce the powdered sugar by half or skip it completely.
