  • Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring frequently. Continue boiling until the jelly reaches at least 220°F.
  • Carefully pour the hot jelly into sterilized jars, leaving appropriate headspace. Wipe the jar rims clean before sealing.
  • Place the lids and bands on the jars, tightening the bands to fingertip tight.
  • Process the jars in a water bath canner for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the jars and allow them to cool undisturbed on the countertop for 24 hours to ensure the lids seal properly.
  • Once sealed, store the jars in a cool, dry place. Properly canned jelly can last for several years on the shelf.
