I am a HUGE fan of using my slow cooker (crockpot)! What's better than putting a meal into one pot, turning it on, and letting it cook itself? I also enjoy the smell of something simmering away for hours!

Instructions
Place your roast in a slow cooker, yes you can use a frozen roast if you don't have time to thaw one out (pictured below).
Fill halfway with filtered water.
Add in soup mix and vinegar.
Turn on high for one hour, then turn down to low and leave to cook until you can fork it apart. Depending on the meat, I have cooked it anywhere from 8-24 hours! Yes 24 hours, it was SO tender! Throw this in the crockpot and leave it cooking away all day while you are at work.
