Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Make the topping: In a
bowl
, combine the sourdough discard, Swerve sweetener, melted butter, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Prepare the filling: In a separate bowl, combine the blackberries, Swerve sweetener, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Toss to coat the berries.
Assemble the cobbler: Pour the filling into a
9x13-inch baking dish
. Top with the sourdough discard mixture.
Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
