Kettle & Fire Bone Broth
Ingredients
2
cups
bone broth
3
inch
piece of fresh ginger root
peeled and chopped into chunks
5
cloves
garlic
peeled and quartered
1
tsp
high-quality sea salt
Juice of one lemon
Instructions
In a
saucepan
heat all ingredients (except lemon) until simmering.
Allow it to simmer for a few minutes to develop the flavors.
Let cool until it becomes a drinkable temperature.
Strain
out the ginger and garlic (I eat the garlic!).
Squeeze in lemon juice.
Sip away!
