Real Fruit Snacks

Make your own "candy" fruit snacks at home without any artificial additives, plus, they're full of vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 kiwi fruit
  • 2 star fruit
  • You can really use just about any fruit that you want

Instructions
 

  • Slice the star fruit into 1/4 inch slices (remove the seeds).
  • Peel and slice the kiwi into 1/4 inch slices.
  • Dehydrate in a dehydrator on the fruit setting until leathery in a dehydrator, or in a low-heat setting in the oven. I dried mine in my dehydrator at 135* for about 5 hours. The lower heat you use, the more nutrients that remain intact.
