banana
sliced and frozen (frozen banana is key for texture!)

handful raw almonds

ice cubes
Instructions
Add protein powder, almonds, and spices to a
high-speed blender
and blend until a smooth powder is formed.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until rich and creamy.
This recipe makes one large protein shake.
