Chocolate Peppermint Popsicles

These popsicles are full of healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals. I do not feel bad about letting my kids snack on them daily!

  • 1. Combine everything but peppermint oil in a blender and blend until liquefied.
  • 2. Add in 3 drops peppermint and pulse for 10 seconds.
  • 3. Taste the liquid and add more peppermint if desired (a little bit goes a long way!).
  • 4. Pour into molds.
  • 5. Freeze until frozen through.
