Turmeric Spice Blend
Make a big batch of this turmeric spice blend and keep on hand to make a tasty cup of turmeric milk.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp turmeric
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp powdered ginger
Instructions
- 1. In a small jar, combine all ingredients.
- 2. Cover the jar and shake to combine.
- 3. To use, mix 1 teaspoon of the powdered mix with 1 cup of milk.
