1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Stir with a spoon at first, then use your hands to mix it really well.
3. Roll the dough into 1.5" balls, or whatever size you like.
4. Place them on a baking sheet and freeze them, this makes them easier to put into a bag for storage (so they don't just mush together into a big dough ball again).
5. Once frozen, put into a large freezer bag and keep in the freezer.
6. Enjoy as needed. I don't eat them every day, just when my milk supply takes a dip I will take out a few to munch on.
7. You certainly can store in an airtight container in the fridge, but they won't last as long that way.
8. It will be individual to how many you need to eat to increase your milk supply, everyone is different. I would start with 2-3 and see how it works for you and then adjust from there.
