Lactation Cookie Dough Bites

If you're breastfeeding and need a boost in your milk supply, try these delicious lactation cookie dough bites.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  • 2. Stir with a spoon at first, then use your hands to mix it really well.
  • 3. Roll the dough into 1.5" balls, or whatever size you like.
  • 4. Place them on a baking sheet and freeze them, this makes them easier to put into a bag for storage (so they don't just mush together into a big dough ball again).
  • 5. Once frozen, put into a large freezer bag and keep in the freezer.
  • 6. Enjoy as needed. I don't eat them every day, just when my milk supply takes a dip I will take out a few to munch on.
  • 7. You certainly can store in an airtight container in the fridge, but they won't last as long that way.
  • 8. It will be individual to how many you need to eat to increase your milk supply, everyone is different. I would start with 2-3 and see how it works for you and then adjust from there.
