Top 10 uses for Lemon Essential Oil:

1) Lemon Water: add to hot water in the morning the same way that people add lemon juice to their water in the morning
2) Concentration: diffuse in your office or home to help enhance your ability to concentrate and focus
3) Relaxation: rub some on your hands and inhale for relaxation
4) Fresh Breath: add a drop to your toothbrush for fresh breath
5) Seasonal Discomfort: many people combine lemon, peppermint and lavender and rub it on their feet during the spring
6) Cooking: substitute lemon oil for lemon juice in recipes, be careful because it is potent! (I read that one drop is equivalent to the oils from 20 lemon peels!)
7) Cleaner: use is in your homemade cleaners. Just make sure you use a glass bottle for your cleaner, we reuse these bottles and put a spray top on
8) Baking: this oil is delicious in baked goods! I use it in my Lemon Cake Cookies!
9) Polish: add to the oil you polish your wood with for a fresh scent (like Pledge!)
10) Candy Fix: I love to add a little bit of lemon oil and stevia to yogurt and make it taste like a lemon drop. It seriously kicks candy cravings in the rear!

*Note: to mix the oil with a carrier oil mix 2 parts carrier oil with 1 part essential oil. We commonly use this oil as a carrier oil.
