Top 10 Uses for Stress Away Essential Oil:
1) Relaxation: rub on vitaflex points to relieve stress and induce relaxation
2) Sleep: I roll some along my neckline to relax before bedtime
3) Relief of Tension: rub along the muscles of your neck and on your temples when feeling particularly tense
4) Perfume: apply to wrists and neck to wear as a vanilla lime perfume
5) Enhance Mood: roll on vitaflex points or diffuse to enhance your mood
6) Nervous Tension: rub some on your temples before you head into a big meeting or have to do a presentation in front of a large crowd. Use before anything that you might be nervous about
7) Kids: diffuse to calm your kids down when they are all wound up!
8) Relaxing Bath: add a few drops to some epsom salts and add them to your bath for a relaxing bath
9) Uplift Mood: diffuse or apply to your palms and inhale to uplift mood
10) Gifts: One of my favorite oils to give to new moms or anyone who is dealing with a lot of stress in their life. Trust me, this one is always a big hit as a gift!
*Note: to mix the oil with a carrier oil mix 2 parts carrier oil with 1 part essential oil. We commonly use this oil as a carrier oil.
