As the summer moves into full swing I can easily get distracted by how busy we get. Here in Minnesota we have a shorter summer and we tend to cram activities into every moment of the weekends. Time flies by and the summer can be one big blur. Being in the moment has become one of my goals now. I try to just sit back and take it all in, rather than trying to do a million things. Just watching my kids play, quietly observing them. Noticing how much they really do love each other makes my heart swell. This is the good stuff, these tender moments. Don’t let them slip by you because life gets too busy!
