One of the cookbooks that I could not wait to get my hands on is Kelly Bejelly’s Paleo Eats! She sent me an early copy, before it’s release in January, and I could not put it down. I actually spent Christmas morning reading it on the couch while my kids played with their new gifts from Santa. Her book was my new toy!
Inside, there are 111 grain free, dairy free, and Paleo friendly recipes to make the entire family happy. She considers the recipes in her book as “comfort foods,” which makes Paleo eating so much easier to transition to! I even picked up a copy for my Mom to help her get on track with Paleo eating, finally a book that makes it easy and doable — without feeling deprived!
Kelly is the author and photographer of Paleo Eats and also runs the blog A Girl Worth Saving. She is a mentor and friend of mine. She has such a brilliant creativity when it comes to recipe creation, so I always look to her for advice on food blogging! Her recipes speak to me, and my stomach! You just have to try some of the amazing desserts that she has created!
