Ah the holidays, they seem to destroy any good intention or diet plans that we have….putting them off until the New Year. Well, it does not have to be that way. In fact, you can be healthy and eat healthy all while still thoroughly enjoying yourself this holiday season! Are you curious how to have a healthy holiday season? Let me show you how….

First lets get started with the cocktails: 

Just because the host or hostess hands you a glass of sugary punch does not mean that you have to have four glasses and then experience horrible gut rot all night (not that I have done that or anything!).
