I’m Teaching an Essential Oils 101 Class!

I’ve been getting into essential oils at home in everything from my cleaning supplies to the health of my children. The more I learn, the more I want to run screaming down the street “You have to try essential oils!!!”. So, I decided to team up with my friend Dr. Meghan from Just Enjoy Food and teach a class. We simply want to educate people on how to use these little gems for prevention of illness and to get the harsh chemicals out of their homes! We are offering a FREE Essential Oils 101 class. For anyone local to Minnesota. This class will be live and in person. But, not to worry if you do not live locally. We also plan (well really hope) to also record the class for our readers from afar. Still trying to figure out how.
Here is what you will learn:
- Who we are and what we do
- What essential oils are all about
- How to use and apply essential oils
- Which oils we started with and how to use them
- Uses for some of the most common essential oils
- Some of the fun stuff we make with our essential oils, and how to make them
You will also get:
- FREE samples!
- Entered in a raffle to win some awesome homemade essential oil products
- Informational handouts
- The opportunity to check out the oils for yourself

Hi, my name is Kate.
I love food. Real food. We eat all of the things that nursing school taught me were bad for you: butter, eggs, bacon, and raw milk.
I am a Nurse, a Mom, and a Real Food loving blogger. Just trying to save the world.
Yep, got you both on the list. See you at the Minnetonka Community Center on Thursday 🙂
